“You’ll fetch me a nice ransom Boy.” With a rough hand on the man’s shoulder Lizzie Swan, the fearsome pirate Queen hissed into his ear, knowingly goading him. If he decided to respond or try to fight back, she had no qualms about bruising her capture.

Jack Sparrow, the noble heir to the estate in Port Royal, winced slightly at the tight grip from the blond haired woman. She would have appeared quite regal, had she been a proper lady.
“I’m not a boy. And you are most certainly not a lady, if you’ll forgive me saying so miss.”
Lizzie guffawed, and gestured to her crew, who grew rowdy at the sight of their captain as she climbed back aboard the Empress.
“Did you hear that? He’s trying to insult me, whilst still being proper and such.Oh my you’re a funny one. Why don’t you introduce yourself? You’ll be seeing these faces for the next few days, until your rich father decides to send me what I demanded.”
Jack gulped, peering around the wind worn deck and up at the tattered sails fluttering in the early evening breeze. This Pirate’s crew were indeed frightening. Most looked as if they could use a decent night’s sleep, not to mention the state of some of their personal hygiene! He shuddered, turning back to his captor,
“My father doesn’t negotiate with Pirates, I’ll have you know. You’ll get nothing.”
Lizzie grinned broadly at him, with surprisingly white and straight teeth,
“Is that so? Well, i guess we’ll just have to send you back to him. Bit by BIT!” She yelled the last sentence and her crew responded with a cheer.
Jack held up his hands, still manacled together,
“Wait! Wait! Please, don’t do that. I can help you. I can direct you to real treasure. I’ve been there a few times since I was a boy. It’s in a place called the Isla de la Muerta.”
Lizzie raised her eyebrows at him, and stilled her pistol, which she had drawn at the slightest bit of movement from her prisoner.
“Oh really? What sort of treasure is there?”
Jack shrugged,
“Why should I tell you now? You’d just kill me. Now you need me. Your curiosity has been peaked, and your pirate greed for treasure won’t let you rest until you’ve set eyes on it.”
Lizzie’s eyes narrowed at the man, sneering at his fine clothing and perfectly set hair. Or was that a wig? Her curiosity was peaked, but not simply about the rumored treasure.
She reached over, and with the end of her pistol, flicked the man’s head, ignoring the way he flinched back, and bursting out into laughter as the white mass of curls fell to the deck, revealing an abnormally long head of dark brown hair.
Lizzie smiled at the man, for the first time, not mockingly,
“There, now you’re halfway to becoming one of us. If you can’t bring us money from your family, you’ll direct us to that treasure.” Lizzie turned to her first mate, Hector Barbossa, and pointed toward Jack,
“Barbossa, take this man to the helm, and make him show you the heading to this ‘Isla de la Muerta.’ If he hesitates, feel free to shoot him.”
Barbossa stepped forward, and pulled on Jack’s chains,
“Aye Captain.”
Lizzie had no doubt the man would cooperate. His life was more valuable to him than his honor. At least for the moment.
